Upon receiving your CV and satisfactory references, a representation agreement will be sent to you for signature. ESM require applicant's to sign with them for a 3 (three) year minimum period. Therefore should you require another position or sign again with the same club for a 2nd and 3rd year, ESM will hold sole rights to carry out the signing or renewal of the contract between you and the club.
Once clubs contact us with their specific requirements we then forward them a copy of your CV for consideration. When we are advised of their choice we will then contact you and can commence negotiations.

NB. Once registered, ESM will hold sole negotiating rights between the applicant and the club.
Once the deal has been successfully agreed, written acceptance by both parties is entered into. This will be in a form of a contract so that both parties know their rights and responsibilities and understand the terms and conditions of employment.
