Information for Clubs
Cricket clubs wishing to use our services should contact us at the earliest opportunity so that we are able to provide the most suitable candidates for their needs.
To speed things up we need the following preliminary information: You can do this either by completing the request form, or alternatively send us a fax or phone in.

When would the player be required to start and how long should the contract run for? |
Upon request, clubs will be sent CVs of a number of suitable applicants. Clubs can then advise us of their choice(s) and ESM will commence negotiations between club and the applicant.
Once an agreement has been reached, a contract will be drawn up which outlines the responsibilities of both player and club, together with the terms and conditions of employment. This is essential to safeguard both parties.

NB. Once registered, ESM will hold sole negotiating rights between the applicant and the club.

WORK PERMITS
Our Test, ODI and First Class players are of high calibre who have played in the required number of Test/ODI/First Class matches as defined by the ICC to meet the UK's work Permit arrangements.
Clubs are responsible for applying for work permits; however, administrative help will be provided by ESM as required. Please note that it is critical to make the application in good time, since delays can occur with work permits.

CHARGES
ESM charge a percentage commission based on the gross salary. This is deducted at source by the club and forwarded to ESM.
